The final price of your piercing will include the flat rate procedure fee listed above, as well as jewelry ( plus tax ).

All Jewelry and Service Fees are Non-Refundable.

In the event of receiving a piercing on a minor, a parent or guardian must be present in the piercing room.

If you have any questions, we will do our best to answer them via email and/or phone calls.

ALL MINOR PIERCINGS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING (No Exceptions)

Documentation needed as per Minnesota Department of Health (all three below)

1. Valid Legal ID for Parent/Legal Guardian
2. Photo ID for Minor
   1. Driver’s License/Learners Permit
   2. State ID/Tribal ID
   3. Passport
   4. SmileSafe Card
   5. School ID
   6. Alternate Option: If none of these are available, parents may login to online school portal and take a picture where the minor’s name and photo are listed. 
3. Birth Certificate or Guardianship Form
   1. Legal names MUST match names listed on IDs. If name has changed, a legal name change form must also be provided.
